Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process new and refill prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Communicate with patients, physicians, and insurance providers to verify information.
• Review incoming prescriptions and attach to patient profiles; follow up as needed.
• Prepare, label, package medications and assist with inventory control.
• Collaborate with customer service, billing, pharmacy, and shipping teams to move orders efficiently.
