Express Scripts Pharmacy Benefit Services in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced Arizona Certified Pharmacy Technician to work onsite at our Tempe Fulfillment Center. Arizona Licensed Pharmacy Technician Trainees are welcomed.

Role focuses on preparing prescriptions at scale, collaborating with Pharmacists, and supporting a fast-paced team in a temperature-controlled facility. Qualifications include a High School Diploma / GED, basic math and PC skills, and 1 year of pharmacy technician

Competenze

High School Diploma / GED required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Basic math skills and General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, use of the internet and email is required.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred but not required.
AZ Pharmacy Technician Trainee license, Pharmacy technician certification preferred.
Experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting preferred.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within dispensing pharmacy preferred
Very detailed oriented with organizational skills.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems and make decisions.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate heavy work volumes.

Mansioni

Select and retrieve appropriate quantities of medication and prepare the labels that correspond.
Work with a skilled team in a temperature controlled facility to ensure patients get their medication they need in a timely manner.
You’ll start with training but you’re not doing it alone. You will enjoy a supportive environment with your peers and other teams who want you to succeed.
Prepare prescriptions on a large scale while working closely with our team of Pharmacists as needed.
