Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Calibration Technician II to perform calibrations onsite at pharmaceutical facilities in South San Francisco, CA and surrounding sites. The role supports preventive maintenance, qualifications and calibrations across electronics and instrumentation with up to 50% travel as project needs dictate.

The successful candidate will complete GxP documentation, build client relationships, and maintain a clean work area while adhering to PCI and client

Qualifications

Two-year degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Electronics or related field (or military equivalent) with two years of Metrology/Instrumentation experience.
Quality System/Pharmaceutical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Completes calibrations, PMs, and qualifications in a safe, timely, accurate manner per PCI and client policies.
Communicates with clients to understand needs and build strong relationships.
Maintains a neat, professional work area and projects a professional image at all times.
Identifies potential opportunities at client sites and relays leads to leadership.
Performs flow, conductivity, pH, mass and dimensional calibrations with guidance.
Completes timesheets with correct labor charges weekly.
