Qualifications

• Entry level available but 1-3 years with asphalt or paving experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to travel 3-4 days per week.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs onsite for our paving clients.
• Offer service and customer assistance during site visits.
• Complete maintenance work on paving projects.
• Maintain a positive work environment and enforce company policies.
• Work with customers and company team members, representing the company.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Superintendent to assess project needs.
• Represent the company to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain quality work in a timely manner and enforce quality standards.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Complete daily safety assessments and inspections.
• Perform general duties associated with asphalt paving, patching, or prep crews.
