Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced engineer to support the Patriot program across TCS, BCP, and R-TCS. Responsibilities include engineering tasks, training soldiers, upgrading DPT packages, and participating in peer reviews with IPT teams.

The role requires traveling to Patriot sites, supporting ECPs, and delivering upgrades to major end items. Acceptable MOS background and Linux/UNIX/Windows proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
• Experience with 14H, 14J or 140A MOS, or Communication Link Architecture, Major End Items for Patriot (TCS, BCP, and/or R-TCS).

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering activities in support of the Patriot program for the TCS, BCP, and R-TCS.
• Train Soldiers on the Patriot System.
• Participate in upgrading TCS and BCP Technical Data Packages.
• Participate in peer reviews, resolve problems, and support IPT leads and team members.
• Support ECP documentation and identify changes and deletions for impacts.
• Travel to Patriot Sites for testing, upgrades and training.
• Deploy Patriot Upgrades to Major End Items, including R-TCS 10 Lot delivery.
• Travel ~30% CONUS and potential OCONUS.
