Job summary

Graceland Psychiatric & Neuromodulation Center is seeking a qualified clinical therapist to join our onsite outpatient team. The role emphasizes assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across individuals, families, and groups, with a strong focus on delivering evidence-based therapies in a supportive setting.

This full-time, onsite position offers a structured schedule (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with compensation at $75.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed practice and experience relevant to pediatric mental health.
• Experience delivering child family counseling and addressing pediatric mental health needs.
• Knowledge of crisis management strategies to support clients in acute situations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across ages and settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
• Provide modalities including CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, EMDR, etc.
• Facilitate child family counseling sessions to improve family communication and relationships.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records per regulatory standards.
