The Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects, overseeing revenue and profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch operations.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries
• Ability to travel as required to perform duties

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system
• Project management skills

Physical Demands

Base Pay Range

$65,000.00 – $102,438.60 (starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and/or experience).
