Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or closely related field.
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel.
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL including joins, CTEs, and query optimization, and DAX.
• Develop and maintain analytical and financial models for forecasting, labor planning, cost analysis, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
• Proactively identify trends, anomalies, cost drivers, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Ensure all reporting is accurate, timely, and clear for stakeholders.
• Continuously improve reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate needs into analytical solutions.
• Deliver actionable insights for day-to-day and strategic decisions.
• Support executive reporting, KPI summaries, and quarterly business reviews.
