Job summary

The position requires a CO state PT license, a PT degree (Bachelor's required; Master's/Doctorate preferred), and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose: conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Educate and instruct patients and families to empower recovery and long-term well-being.
