Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Master's Degree Nursing or Physician Assistant required.
• Experience: Nurse practitioner 0-1 year preferred.
• Licenses/ credentials: RN/APRN/PA licenses in MA as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions and care plans.
• Provide direct care, counseling, and teaching in ambulatory and inpatient settings.
• Perform histories and physical examinations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Develop appropriate plans of care and follow-up based on test results.
• Maintain high-quality and timely documentation including discharge summaries.
