Job summary

Johns Hopkins University seeks a Physician Assistant to manage day-to-day clinical care at the PepsiCo Dallas, TX onsite clinic. The PA reports to the Regional Manager and collaborates with the Medical Director and Division Administrator to deliver high-quality occupational health services.

Main duties include triage, treatment of injuries, on-site phlebotomy, medication dispensing, vaccination coordination, and case management to reduce illness and absenteeism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and NCCPA certification required.
• Licensed to practice in the state; National Board Certification preferred.
• CAAHEP-certified Physician Assistant program completed.
• BLS certification required; ongoing credential maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site medical care at the Pepsi Dallas clinic, 40 hours per week.
• Triage and treat minor work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Dispense medications per standing orders; perform venipuncture for lab orders.
• Coordinate vaccination programs and seasonal health initiatives.
• Support and case manage employees to reduce illness and absenteeism.
• Collaborate with PCPs and specialists to ensure continuity of care.
