Qualifications

• Active Georgia LPN license in good standing; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Two or more years of Licensed Practical Nurse experience.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification.
• Proficient in Electronic Health Record documentation and computer applications.
• Experience providing occupational health, wellness, or employee health services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for workplace injuries and illnesses within LPN scope and protocols.
• Assist in medical emergencies and vital signs assessment.
• Coordinate on-site health events and wellness activities with teams.
• Support workers' compensation processes and return-to-work coordination.
• Educate employees on preventive care and health coaching initiatives.
• Assist with documentation and administrative tasks in the occupational clinic.
