Job summary

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) seeks an outgoing Paramedic to join our onsite medical team on a major construction project in Hobart, IN. You will provide injury triage, treatment, and follow-up care, and you will document all care in the EMR (Cority).

Responsibilities include occupational health services, new-hire orientation, and collaboration with MMC leadership, local providers, and client teams to maintain a safe, productive job site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Paramedic experience.
• Occupational health experience.
• OSHA-30 within 90 days (company provided).
• ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide injury triage, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Assess occupational & non-occupational injuries using evidence-based protocols.
• Document all care in EMR (Cority).
• Support site safety: Stretch & Flex, site walks, hazard identification.
• Conduct new-hire orientation, drug testing, and occupational health services.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic.
• Collaborate with MMC leadership, local providers, and client teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help foster a positive work environment.
• Support wellness initiatives and employee health efforts.
