Job summary

Concentra in Ishpeming, MI seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an onsite Occupational Medicine clinic. This full-time assignment covers a 6-week February 2027 leave, then PRN as needed.

2–3 years in urgent care/occupational medicine is preferred, with focus on work injuries, physicals, and wellness. You’ll work under the Supervising Physician to implement medical policies, maintain records, and deliver high-quality care to employees in accordance with Concentra

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of NP/PA experience in urgent care or occupational medicine.
• Licensed as a nurse practitioner in the practicing state.
• Strong documentation and patient communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in onsite clinic, following medical models.
• Perform exams, diagnose, and develop treatment plans.
• Administer tests (labs, imaging) and coordinate care.
• Educate patients and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and care metrics.
