Job summary

Humana's CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Fort Worth seeks a Nurse Practitioner (VSP) to apply advanced clinical skills to patient care in an outpatient setting, including diagnosing, treating, and prescribing as part of a value-based care model. You will report to the Associate Medical Director and work 100% onsite at multiple Fort Worth clinics.

The role requires M-F hours, 8-5, with at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years NP experience in outpatient primary care or value-based care.
• Active, unrestricted NP license in the appropriate state.
• TB screening required if selected.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced clinical education to diagnose and treat patients.
• Prescribe medications and promote health maintenance.
• Advise executives on strategies for care delivery.
• Exercise independent judgment on complex patient issues.
