Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Site Coordination Lead to manage on-site modernization operations for Army and Joint test network environments. You will coordinate government stakeholders, engineers, and vendors to ensure readiness, configurations, and compliance across multiple sites.

You will oversee scheduling, logistics, and interdependencies, while communicating with government leads and range control.

Qualifications

• 7+ years coordinating on-site project operations for Army, DoD, federal, or mission critical programs.
• 3+ years supporting personnel scheduling, logistics coordination, training coordination, readiness tracking, or daily operational oversight for projects similar in size and complexity.
• Experience coordinating complex multi-site operational or technical projects.
• Ability to work directly with government stakeholders and represent program leadership in daily engagements.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and facilitate issue resolution.
• Ability to travel to multiple CONUS sites up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site modernization operations, manage logistics and scheduling, and track interdependencies across mission and program teams.
• Lead communications with Government Site Leads, facility management, Range Control, DPW, NEC, and other mission partners.
• Validate configurations, maintain compliance, and support successful execution of network modernization activities.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and maintain detailed site issue resolutions.
