• Analyze service impact and communicate to stakeholders before, during and after maintenance or outages.
• Maintain detailed records and drive RCA documentation for service-impacting events.
• Proactively propose process improvements for maintenance operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Support evolving needs as priorities shift.
