Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Cisco Firewalls.
• 10+ years of experience with Cisco Routers.
• 10+ years of experience with Cisco Switches.
• 10+ years of experience with Cisco VPN.
• 10+ years of experience with Cisco Network Administration.
• 5+ years of experience with Palo Alto Firewalls.
• 5+ years of experience with Palo Alto XDR.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network failures, outages, and performance issues.
• Support and optimize statewide enterprise network environments.
• Perform network analysis, design, and implementation.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams and documentation.
• Monitor network performance and ensure uptime and reliability.
• Implement security best practices and compliance standards.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for routing, switching, and VPN issues.
• Support voice-integrated network environments.
• Collaborate across teams and provide knowledge transfer.
