Job summary

Oracle Health's Network Assurance team seeks a professional to capture data at client sites, analyze findings, and deliver standardized reports to clients. Daily status updates ensure alignment with the Oracle Health Implementation team and clients, including leadership up to the C-Suite.

Expect to engage with clients on-site and travel up to 80% as needed. You will contribute to documenting processes, adhering to methodologies, and strengthening client relationships while delivering actionable

Qualifications

• Four years' experience with wired (LAN) and wireless (WLAN) network assessments.
• Experience with Network Assessment Software/Tools such as Ekahau, Air Magnet, Fluke, NetAlly, packet analyzers.
• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience interacting with client leadership up to C-Suite level.

Responsibilities

• Present final network assessment reports to Oracle Health Implementation team and clients.
• Provide daily status updates to client and Oracle Health Implementation team.
• Manage multiple client engagements with timely expense reports and timesheets.
• Attend team meetings to further knowledge of wired and wireless networks.
• Onsite work may occur outside normal business hours for areas not easily accessible.
