Requires 7+ years in a lead/development manager role and 5+ years with relational databases (.NET stack, Azure SQL/SQL Server, Oracle). The role focuses on complex financial processes, mentoring QA, and guiding architecture and implementation across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 100% onsite at the client site in Tallahassee, FL (required).
• 7+ years experience as a lead developer or development manager.
• 5+ years experience with relational databases (Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle or similar).
• Strong SQL proficiency and understanding of relational database concepts.
• Experience with software systems in complex financial business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial software systems with robust, scalable solutions.
• Provide guidance and oversight to QA on new code from inception to production.
• Identify and resolve problems using troubleshooting tools and teamwork.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to drive standards, roadmaps and documentation.
• Partner with distributed teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Keep up to date with trends and applicable software development technologies.
• Analyze financial systems and assist in re-engineering business processes.
