Job summary

The ELTA Group is hiring an on-site Superintendent to lead multifamily construction projects in Indianapolis. You will support the Project Manager with progress, cost reporting, schedules, and requirements while ensuring safety and quality on site.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and availability for weekend work as projects advance toward occupancy and punch list completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of superintendent experience in multifamily construction.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and project management tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Main site point of contact.
• Assist PM with progress, cost reports, schedules, and requirements.
• Monitor onsite safety, site cleanup, and respectful environment.
• Advise PM of problems and help resolve schedule issues.
• Attend weekly progress and budget meetings.
• Review work performance for QA against plans and specs.
• Must be onsite during construction, including some weekends.
• Responsible for completing all phases through occupancy and punch list.
