The candidate should have at least 1 year in construction, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Vehicle and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of multifamily projects on schedule and quality.
• Manage site communications, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Prepare for subcontractor meetings and track progress.
• Inspect site daily and maintain organization of the jobsite.
• Maintain reporting through daily logs and safety checks.
