Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking an on-site MRO Buyer to ensure uninterrupted supply of maintenance and operations materials for manufacturing and facilities. You will manage inventory, purchase orders, and supplier relationships to drive cost savings and efficiency.

Reporting to the Materials Manager, this role requires collaboration across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain, and a proactive approach to forecast demand, monitor KPIs, and maintain accurate

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in materials planning, purchasing, or inventory management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Procure MRO materials, facility supplies, spare parts, equipment, and services to support manufacturing operations.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production and facility operations.
• Monitor and manage purchase orders for pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material, supplier, and service-related issues.
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen supplier relationships and qualify new suppliers as needed.
• Forecast demand and monitor KPIs using ERP and reporting tools.
