Regal Rexnord in West Chester, PA is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our climate-controlled manufacturing facility. You will assemble motor components, follow quality procedures, and contribute to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.

The role reports to the Production Supervisor, is onsite, and offers health, retirement benefits, paid time off, and 401k with employer matching. Shift: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm.

Qualifications

• Ability to read process instructions and detail drawings.
• Basic math skills required.
• Detail oriented with strong accuracy.
• Ability to work independently but function in a team-based environment.
