Responsibilities

• Provide constant alert and machine monitoring for Knightscope clients.
• Verify and respond to security alerts; investigate incidents.
• Prepare Daily Security Activity Reports.
• Investigate incidents during shifts; maintain response times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep the fleet active.
