CorrectHealth has an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor -(LPC or LCSW) in Davant, LA. The position is Onsite full-time, Monday - Friday Day shift. No Telehealth.

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Professional Counselor provides services in medical, mental health and public health settings, coordinating psychosocial services and implementing educational programs per industry standards and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Counseling Psychology or related field.
• Masters degree in Social Work.
• License as LMSW, LCSW or LPC in the state of employment.
• Experience with alcohol/drug population and multicultural groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals needing social and human services in medical, mental health and public health fields.
• Coordinate psychosocial community services under supervision of a clinician.
• Implement community educational programs and assess problems to determine treatment methods.
• Provide case management and linkage to community resources.
