Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic or mechanical equipment.
• Ability to operate common repair tools and test equipment.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication to coordinate with service teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair healthcare hardware devices (electronic or mechanical).
• Troubleshoot, clean, and repair customer devices using tools and required test equipment.
• Operate a PC with Windows; use Word and Excel.
• Generate and process repair documentation to maintain traceability and invoicing.
• Create repair estimates including parts and labor; maintain a clean workcell.
