Job summary

UNICON International Inc. is seeking a Stores Attendant-B in San Angelo, TX for an onsite role focused on inventory control, receiving materials, and operating equipment. You will utilize Maximo and MS Office to maintain storeroom records and support material flow.

The position requires physical work, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and willingness to work in varied weather. Some local travel may be required and a valid driver’s license/MVR may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in inventory control, material handling, or warehousing.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software such as Maximo; MS Excel/Word preferred.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds and operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Issue material under proper authorization and handle picking up, hauling and delivering materials with company vehicles.
• Check received material for quantity and condition; document records accordingly.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and adjust discrepancies with approvals.
• Operate terminals and printers for materials management systems and related office equipment.
• Prepare and pack material for shipment or storage and maintain shipping papers.
