Job summary

RB Consulting Inc in Hines, IL is seeking a Materials Coordinator to support inventory control, order fulfillment, and asset transfers. This 100% onsite role involves warehouse duties, equipment operation, and driving between locations to move IT assets for VA projects.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in inventory/warehouse, a valid driver’s license, basic math, and a Tier 1 background check; U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility are noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Basic math and organizational skills.
• Tier 1 Background Investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of warehouse functions including inventory management.
• Execute order picking/packing and assist with shipping/receiving.
• Utilize space efficiently and track inventory in IMS.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks and drive to relocate IT assets.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, IT personnel, and VA stakeholders.
