Job summary

Xylem is hiring a Material Handler in Yellow Springs, Ohio. The role involves handling materials for production, setting up lines, and preparing and crating in the assembly department. You will work within an ISO-conscious environment and support inventory accuracy using computerized systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of material handling or similar experience.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience with inventory systems and manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy in the computer system.
• Transport materials to proper stock locations and finish goods to stock area.
• Support ISO standards and keep work area clean and organized.
• Monitor and order non-inventory material from vendors.
• Assist with receiving activities and data entry.
• Review engineering changes for inventory impact and communicate shortages.
