Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or inventory control preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and material handling practices.
• Ability to complete inventory transactions accurately and maintain records.
• Basic computer skills and inventory tracking system familiarity.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work non-standard schedules, overtime, or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production areas are supplied with materials and inventory for daily operations.
• Move, stage, replenish, and transport materials between warehouse, stockroom, and production areas.
• Receive, verify, and document material transactions in company systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Support cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory reconciliation.
• Operate material handling equipment safely per safety policies.
• Maintain accurate records of movements and production support activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy and waste reduction.
