Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Production Associate for a growing manufacturing facility in Dover, NH. This role is suitable for candidates with any level of manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience.

Mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include operating equipment, assembling components, inspecting quality, loading materials, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable standing, walking and performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery following work instructions and safety procedures.
• Perform basic hands-on assembly of components and finished products.
• Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Load and unload materials into machines and workstations.
• Utilize hand tools, measuring devices, and other production equipment as needed.
• Monitor machine performance and report issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
