Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for our Turlock, California manufacturing facility. This onsite leadership role partners with business leaders to drive engagement, resolve employee relations matters, and shape the workforce strategy with impact on people, culture, and business success.

You will lead investigations, navigate complex employee relations matters, and deliver training while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company

Competenze

• HR leadership experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Ability to partner with business leaders and influence outcomes.
• Strong project management, facilitation and organizational skills.
• Proven experience handling employee relations investigations.
• Deep knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance while ensuring policy and legal compliance.
• Lead employee relations matters including investigations and conflict resolution with fairness and accountability.
• Manage workers' compensation, legal claims, and regulatory matters with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and deliver impactful training, coach leaders, support performance management and benefits administration.
• Guide separations, layoffs, exit interviews, and outplacement with a positive employee experience.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and document findings for resolution.
