Adecco is seeking an organized Onsite Manager to support a key Nashua, NH client. You will coordinate staffing, onboarding, and daily operations, acting as the liaison between Adecco, employees, and the client.

Onsite Manager - Staffing & Recruiting

Location: Nashua, NH
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Salary: $60,000-$65,000 annually
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Adecco is looking for an organized, motivated Onsite Manager to support one of our key clients in Nashua, NH. This position will be the primary liaison between Adecco, our employees, and the client, helping ensure a strong candidate experience and smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily candidate flow and staffing needs
• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, onboarding, and new hire starts
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Adecco and the client
• Maintain strong relationships with both the client and onsite employees
• Track attendance, employee issues, staffing levels, and performance
• Partner with recruiting teams to ensure open positions are filled quickly
• Keep candidate and employee information organized and up to date
• Address employee questions and concerns and escalates issues when needed
• Provide regular updates to the client and Adecco leadership
• Support a high-volume, fast-paced staffing environment

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
