Qualifications
Ability to operate various hand tools, including power tools.
Capability to follow detailed instructions effectively.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Experience in property maintenance or handyman work.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for daily repairs and upkeep of properties.
Maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment.
Ensure tools are available for maintenance tasks.
Report unusual circumstances concerning properties or residents.
Maintain professional appearance and property uniform.
Work on an on-call basis as needed.
Secure maintenance shop at the end of the workday.
Remove snow and ice as necessary.
Handle lock-outs due to evictions.
Respond to service requests within 24 hours.
