Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand tools, including power tools.
• Capability to follow detailed instructions effectively.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience in property maintenance or handyman work.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for daily repairs and upkeep of properties.
• Maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure tools are available for maintenance tasks.
• Report unusual circumstances concerning properties or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and property uniform.
• Work on an on-call basis as needed.
• Secure maintenance shop at the end of the workday.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle lock-outs due to evictions.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours.
