Job summary

The Low Voltage Manager at Hoffman Construction Company will lead all phases of low voltage management within the MEP Department, onsite at the Childress, TX project, interfacing with clients, design consultants, and trade partners to ensure delivery on time and within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include preconstruction planning, procurement, scheduling, cost control, QA, turnover, and coaching the MEP team to achieve project goals; strong coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary MEP teams on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, and QC practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• On-site work in Childress, TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of low voltage management from preconstruction to closeout.
• Interface between Hoffman, clients, design consultants, and trade partners to meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on site.
• Manage procurement, scheduling, and cost control for low voltage systems.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contracts, and performance tracking.
• Develop and manage project budgets and participate in preconstruction budgeting.
