ReSource Pro is seeking an experienced Loss Control Surveyor to join our team as a contractor. You will schedule and conduct loss control surveys, visit insured locations, interview on site, identify hazards, photograph sites, and prepare comprehensive reports using our web-based system.

This role emphasizes independence, accuracy, and client-focused service. The position is contract-based with a flexible schedule and local residency requirement.

Qualifications

• Must reside locally.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Computer: preferably laptop, with high-speed internet access (Windows OS, or Mac with Windows VM).
• Measurement device.
• Digital camera or cell phone capable of taking pictures.
• State Issued Worker’s Compensation (Preferred).
• Certificate of General Liability Insurance (Preferred).
• LLC Articles or Certificate of Organization (Preferred).
• Strong commitment to superior service.
• Strong sense of self-motivation and self-discipline.
• Superior organizational, time management and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Represent ReSource Pro on job sites in a positive and professional manner.
• Able to adjust to new situations and changing priorities.
• Develops a high degree of trust through integrity and ethics.

Responsabilités

• Schedule appointments.
• Visit the insured's location.
• Conduct onsite interview with the insured.
• Survey/inspect the location.
• Identify hazards.
• Take digital photos.
• Make improvement recommendations.
• Measure and calculate square footage.
• Deliver a thorough online report after the visit.
