Job summary

American Bath Group in Jackson, Tennessee is hiring a Logistics Data & Systems Specialist to build and strengthen the technical foundation supporting our Logistics organization. This is a hands-on role for turning ambiguous operational problems into practical, scalable technical solutions.

You will own how Logistics data is sourced, modeled, automated, and maintained—creating reliable data pipelines, reducing manual work, and enabling future reporting, analytics, and automation.

Qualifications

Hands-on Power BI experience required; must have built/maintained reports, models, or data products.
Strong Excel skills with data modeling capability and data cleanliness focus.
Ability to solve ambiguous systems, data, or process problems with concrete solutions.
Experience validating data with operational users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build the logistics data foundation by mapping data sources and improving data quality.
Develop scalable data solutions including data integrations and pipelines.
Reduce manual work through automation and repeatable workflows.
Validate solutions with operational users and ensure alignment with reality.
Create documentation, mappings, and controls for maintainability.
