Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Logistics Associate – W2 to join our onsite team. You will verify shipments, process receipts, print labels, and pick outbound orders using RF scanners while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a team environment.

The role emphasizes knowledge of warehouse and safety procedures, basic computer use, and clear English communication to support daily operations and ensure quality control in processing shipments.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent with at least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures and some computer experience.
• Ability to multitask and strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill/perform the essential job functions

Responsibilities

• Verify contents of shipment compared to shipping documents while noting any discrepancies or damage.
• Operate computer terminal to enter receipts and printer to print labels.
• Pick outbound orders using RF scanners, verifying quantity and correct product.
• Select the right size of boxes and pack the product, send boxes onto the conveyor line to be quality checked in the upper mezzanine.
