Job summary

Pyramid Consulting Healthcare is seeking a Laboratory Technician on a 06+ months contract in Chattanooga, TN (onsite). The role involves executing technical process operations for developmental lots, conducting experiments, preparing samples, and maintaining laboratory equipment.

Qualifications include an Associate degree in a scientific discipline (or BS/BA in Life Science with no experience), strong teamwork and communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (12 plus 2) in a scientific discipline with at least one year experience or BS/BA in Life Science with no experience.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office 2010 or higher.
• Prior experience working in pharmaceutical or chemical laboratories is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical process operations for developmental lots.
• Conduct experiments, prepare samples for testing, and operate laboratory equipment.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper labeling and logging of samples.
• Support general lab functions including housekeeping and cleaning.
• Identify and communicate production or analytical issues to laboratory management.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to safety protocols.
• Follow good documentation practices to maintain accurate records of all activities and data generated.
