Job summary

E‑Therapy is seeking an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive services to PreK‑12 students in Katy, TX for the 26/27 school year. The position offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) with a starting wage of $50/hour and CFY candidates will be considered.

Start date is August 2026; licensure requirements include TX SLP license and ASHA certification. Benefits available for full-time staff, with opportunities for collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in TX.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Experience providing SLP services in a school or pediatric setting.
• Knowledge of AAC systems and other assistive technologies (preferred).
• Strong collaboration with teachers and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational team members to support goals in classroom settings.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques and activities to promote development.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions and progress in a timely manner.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech-language needs.
