Job summary

ANA is seeking a Junior Creative Designer to join the Marketing team in an onsite role in Henderson, NV. You will support the development and execution of visual design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with the creative team to bring innovative ideas to life and ensuring design elements align with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of design experience preferred, including internships or freelance work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative work.

Responsibilities

• Design creation for templates, social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop design concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into revisions.
• Prepare files for print, resize assets, and ensure timely delivery of designs.
• Stay up to date with design trends and bring innovative ideas to projects.
• Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and developers to meet deadlines.
• Review and proofread designs for accuracy and quality.
• Travel up to 10%
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education
