Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in the HVAC trade in service and maintenance.
• Thorough knowledge of refrigeration, chillers, HVAC, pneumatics, steam, condensate systems.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and team lift 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily HVAC maintenance operations and activities.
• Diagnose and correct problems throughout the systems.
• Service and operate all types of commercial HVAC equipment.
