Delta Faucet Company is seeking an Onsite IT Endpoint Specialist in Greensburg, IN to partner with plant operations and advance automation on the manufacturing floor.

The role covers designing, deploying, and supporting endpoint solutions across hardware, software, and mobile devices, including SCCM, Intune, and MDM. You will lead implementations, train teams, and ensure security and resilience on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years IT support or endpoint management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
• Experience with SCCM, Intune and MDM required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, deploy, and support endpoint technology solutions across hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Provide endpoint application support and collaborate with IT teams to deploy, configure, manage, and optimize endpoint technologies (SCCM, Intune, MDM).
• Continuously assess endpoint performance for scalability, reliability, and user experience; implement improvements.
• Develop and document troubleshooting procedures; conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
• Address endpoint-related integration challenges by partnering with IT teams and stakeholders.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to IT support teams and end-users.
• Act as a subject matter expert for endpoint technologies, advising on best practices and solutions.
