Job summary

Space Kinetic offers a three-month, onsite IT Development Program at our headquarters in El Segundo, CA. We hire recent graduates who are excited to solve cutting-edge technical problems and contribute to high-consequence dual-use space missions.

Interns join core IT teams, work on meaningful projects, receive mentorship, and may be offered long-term opportunities based on performance and initiative. Housing stipends may be available for relocation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common desktop applications.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting, including IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with minimal direction or support and to learn quickly; strong analytical skills; and effective written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT operations in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
• Gain hands-on experience across endpoint management, networking, cybersecurity, hardware deployment, and end-user support.
