Bon Secours Mercy Health and Mercy Health–Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY seek a Board Eligible/Board Certified Radiologist for comprehensive imaging and image-guided procedures with a strong emphasis on onsite coverage.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in CT, ultrasound and fluoroscopy-guided biopsies and interventions, plus related procedures, to improve access and reduce transfers across Western Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible radiologist with interventional interest.
• Experience in image-guided procedures and oncologic/non-oncologic interventions.
• Ability to provide onsite coverage for inpatient and outpatient services.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures onsite.
• Perform CT/ultrasound/fluoroscopy-guided biopsies and interventions.
• Cover inpatient and outpatient procedures with a focus on reducing transfers.
• Collaborate with hospital-based and referring physicians.

Onsite Interventional Radiologist Opportunity

Interventional & Special Procedures | Dedicated Onsite Coverage | Growing Service Line

Mercy Health–Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Radiologist to provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging and image-guided procedural services, with an emphasis on interventional and special procedures. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a respected, physician-led organization and play a key role in expanding onsite procedural capabilities for patients throughout Western Kentucky and the surrounding region.

The ideal candidate will have experience and interest in image-guided procedures. Dedicated onsite coverage will improve patient access to timely procedures, reduce delays in care and the need for transfers or outside referrals, and provide more consistent procedural availability for both inpatient and outpatient services.

Practice Highlights:

• CT, ultrasound and fluoroscopy-guided biopsies and interventions
• Paracentesis and thoracentesis
• Abscess and fluid drainage procedures
• Chest tube and drain placement
• Lumbar punctures and myelograms
• Arthrograms and other fluoroscopic procedures
• Barium studies and other special procedures
• Nephrostomy and other genitourinary interventions
• Opportunity to expand onsite interventional radiology capabilities
