Job summary

Therma-Tron-X, Inc. (TTX®) seeks a Site Superintendent to oversee installation of equipment at customer sites. You will monitor daily operations, ensure safety, stay on schedule and within budget, and report progress daily and weekly to TTX headquarters.

You will coordinate with engineers, field staff, and vendors, maintain records, and support logistics while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field; equivalent work experience acceptable.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or construction site required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Math skills including basic math, fractions, decimals, algebra and geometry.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform precise measurements.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
• Willingness to travel internationally may be required.
• Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor installation progress, oversee delivery of materials and safety checks.
• Maintain contact with site team and liaise with technicians, engineers, planners.
• Provide progress updates to customers and Therma-Tron-X HQ.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer, Installation Management and Field Leadman.
• Ensure work complies with regulations and deadlines.
• Maintain records of field activities, subcontractor activities, and customer interactions.
• Submit verbal and written reports as directed.
• Assist in logistical planning of personnel, vehicles, equipment and vendors.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
• Be prepared to work in any role on the job site as needed.
