Job summary

Select Physical Therapy is seeking an Injury Prevention-Exercise Physiologist for an on-site, full-time role at a major Anaheim industrial setting. Candidates with athletic training, exercise physiology, EMT, PTA, or COTA background are welcome; 1313 S. Harbor Blvd., Anaheim, CA 92802.

The position offers a Monday–Sunday schedule with hours varying; compensation ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Minimum one year of experience required.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions.

Responsibilities

• On-site coverage for industrial client under the direction of the Account/Program Manager.
• Deliver full continuum of Onsite Injury Prevention Services at the assigned location.
• Assess, triage, and apply first aid for workplace injuries.
• Perform ergonomic risk assessments and implement ergonomic solutions.
• Provide education and training on injury prevention topics.
• Document and report employee encounters and outcomes.
• Maintain regular communication with client and Select leadership.
