Job summary

Briotix Health is seeking an Industrial Sports Medicine Professional to provide on-site care at multiple locations in the Washington, D.C. Metro Region, including Frederick County, MD. You will apply job task analysis, ergonomic principles, and EDM concepts to prevent injuries and improve worker well-being.

The role requires expertise in ergonomic assessment, education delivery, and collaboration with client teams. On-site, full-time, non-exempt, with varied schedules to support contract clients.

Qualifications

• Education in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
• Appropriate certifications and/or state license in good standing where you provide service.
• Current CPR Certification (CPR/AED) for the Professional Rescuer or equivalent.
• Ergonomic certification or training preferred but not required.
• Must meet the physical demands of on-site work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site services at multiple locations in the DC Metro region, including MD cities.
• Create and maintain positive relationships between Briotix Health and client contacts.
• Educate and train individuals and groups on injury and illness prevention.
• Provide on-site care and management of work-related and non-work-related discomforts.
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow OSHA First Aid standards as applicable.
