Job summary

Briotix Health in Duluth, MN is seeking a Part-Time Industrial Sports Medicine Professional to provide on-site care to working athletes, perform job function analyses, and support EDM and ergonomic solutions for clients within a warehouse setting.

You will educate groups and individuals, document services in Briotix Health systems, and follow OSHA First Aid standards while working 2-3 days per week for an average of 7 hours weekly. Applicants should have relevant education and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Education in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
• Appropriate certifications and/or state license in good standing where service is provided.
• Demonstrated knowledge of musculoskeletal injury care.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must meet the physical demands of on-site work (lift up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site services at one site in Duluth, MN.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with Briotix Health client contacts.
• Initiate and establish professional relationships with client employees.
• Provide education and training for injury and illness prevention.
• Provide onsite care and management of work and non-work-related discomforts.
• Follow OSHA First Aid standards and guidelines.
• Implement EDM program steps as required by client.
• Provide Functional Employment Testing, Return to Work/Stay at Work, or Ergonomic Assessments as needed.
• Maintain timely reports and documentation in Briotix Health systems.
• Adhere to safety policies and company regulations.
